Children's Privacy Notice
The main Momz & Popz platform and U-Town™ are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
Momz & Popz Next™ serves users ages 13–18 with parental consent. See our Parent Information Center for details on data collection and consent for younger users.
Law Enforcement Request Policy
Momz & Popz requires valid legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, or warrant issued under applicable law) before disclosing user information to law enforcement. We review all requests carefully for legal sufficiency.
In cases of imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, we may disclose limited information without process as required or permitted by law.
We will notify affected users of legal process where permitted by law. Law enforcement requests should be directed to legal@mompopzlife.com.
