Our platform connects consumers—locals, travelers, and tourists—with undiscovered mom-and-pop food and beverage establishments, including standalone shops, food trucks, home-based operations, and online stores.

• "You" refers to all users (consumers or businesses).
• "We/Us" refers to Momz and Popz.
• "Services" includes searches, profiles, reviews, contests, and subscriptions.

You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use the platform. Accounts are non-transferable; you are responsible for your credentials and all account activity.
