All content, branding, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on the Momz & Popz platform are owned by or licensed to Momz & Popz, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Protected Brand Names & Programs
Trademark Usage Guidelines
Permitted Use (Partners & Press)
Authorized media partners, university partners, and platform businesses may reference Momz & Popz brand names in factual, non-misleading contexts when describing their platform relationship. Usage must include the ™ or ® symbol.
Prohibited Use
No third party may use Momz & Popz trademarks, logos, or brand names in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorization. This includes social media bios, advertising, merchandise, or domain names.
Partner Authorization
University partners and affiliated businesses that wish to display Momz & Popz marks must obtain written authorization via their partnership agreement. Authorized use is limited to the scope defined in that agreement.
Ambassador Usage
GemForge Ambassadors may use approved marketing materials and brand references provided through the Ambassador portal. Creating unauthorized brand materials or logos is prohibited.
Copyright (DMCA) Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users and businesses to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on the Momz & Popz platform without authorization, please submit a DMCA takedown request to:

User Content License
By submitting reviews, photos, posts, or other content to Momz & Popz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operation and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
