Gem Club™ Rewards Terms

Program Overview
Gem Club™ is Momz & Popz's consumer loyalty and rewards program. Members earn points for platform engagement activities and may redeem points for rewards offered by participating businesses.
Earning Points
Points are earned for activities including writing reviews, claiming deals, adding businesses to favorites, referring new members, completing Food Passport™ stamps, and participating in community challenges. Point values for each activity are published in the Gem Club dashboard and subject to change.
Point Expiration
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no point-earning activity in a 12-month period. Members will receive a notification 60 days before expiration. Points do not expire for active accounts.
Reward Redemption
Points may be redeemed for rewards offered by participating businesses. Rewards are subject to availability, business participation, and the specific terms of each reward. Momz & Popz does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward.
Reward Substitutions
Participating businesses may modify or discontinue their Gem Club rewards at any time. Momz & Popz may substitute rewards of equal or greater value in the event a specific reward is discontinued.
Fraud Detection
We actively monitor Gem Club activity for fraudulent behavior, including fake reviews, duplicate account creation, automated activity, review swaps, and referral fraud. Accounts found to be engaged in fraud will be suspended and points forfeited.
Account Termination
Gem Club membership may be terminated for platform policy violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the rewards system. Terminated accounts forfeit all accumulated points. Points have no cash value and are not transferable.
Tiers & Status
Gem Club tiers (Explorer, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Legend) are based on accumulated points and activity. Tier status may be adjusted based on point balances and activity levels. Tier benefits are subject to change.
No Cash Value
Gem Club points and rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable between accounts. Points may not be purchased, sold, or auctioned.
Program Changes
Momz & Popz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gem Club program at any time. Members will receive reasonable advance notice of material changes.
