Food Passport™ Program Rules

What is Food Passport™?
Food Passport™ is a gamified discovery experience that rewards consumers for exploring and visiting independent food and beverage businesses. Participants earn digital 'stamps' for each eligible business visit or interaction.
How Stamps Are Earned
Stamps are earned by checking in at participating businesses through the Momz & Popz app, leaving a verified review, scanning an in-store QR code (where available), or completing designated platform activities tied to a business. Each business may only be stamped once per eligible visit period.
Duplicate Visits
Only one stamp per business will be counted per calendar day. Visiting the same business multiple times in a single day will not result in additional stamps. Stamps are designed to reward genuine discovery of new and different businesses.
Fraud Prevention
Food Passport™ includes anti-fraud measures to detect and prevent automated check-ins, fake reviews used as stamp triggers, coordinated stamp manipulation, and account sharing. Accounts found to be engaged in fraud will have all stamps invalidated and may be permanently banned.
GPS & Location Verification
Where GPS verification is enabled, the app may confirm proximity to a business location before awarding a stamp. GPS data is used only for stamp verification and is not stored or used for tracking purposes beyond the immediate verification action.
Reward Eligibility
Rewards tied to Food Passport™ milestones are subject to availability, participating business participation, and the specific terms of each reward. Momz & Popz does not guarantee the availability of specific rewards at the time of redemption.
Quest Rules
Special quests (e.g., 'Taste 5 Breweries') have specific eligibility criteria, time limits, and reward structures published within the app. Quest rewards are only available for the stated period and while supplies last.
Program Abuse
Using fake locations, automated tools, multiple accounts, or other methods to artificially earn stamps constitutes program abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all stamps and rewards.
No Cash Value
Food Passport™ stamps and associated rewards have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Program Changes
Momz & Popz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Food Passport™ program at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes.
