Platform Disclosure
Momz & Popz facilitates discovery and may partner with delivery providers, including FoodRunz. However, the delivery service, fulfillment, food quality, delivery timing, and customer service for delivery orders remain the responsibility of the participating delivery provider and the individual food and beverage business, subject to the applicable partnership arrangement. Momz & Popz is not a party to the delivery transaction.
What Momz & Popz Does
Momz & Popz is a discovery platform. We help consumers find independent food and beverage businesses. We may surface delivery options where available, including through FoodRunz, our zero-commission delivery partner network.
What Momz & Popz Does Not Do
Momz & Popz does not prepare, package, or deliver food. We are not responsible for food quality, temperature, freshness, allergen content, accuracy of orders, or any condition of food or beverages upon delivery.
FoodRunz Partnership
FoodRunz is an independent delivery platform that partners with Momz & Popz to offer zero-commission delivery for participating independent businesses. FoodRunz operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and delivery standards. Consumers using FoodRunz are subject to FoodRunz's terms.
Delivery Issues
For issues with delivery orders, including late deliveries, missing items, incorrect orders, or food quality concerns, please contact the delivery provider (FoodRunz or the applicable delivery service) and/or the business directly. Momz & Popz is not able to issue refunds for delivery orders.
Business Responsibility
Participating businesses are responsible for accurate order preparation, food safety, proper packaging, and readiness for pickup by delivery drivers. Businesses that opt into delivery through FoodRunz agree to FoodRunz's merchant terms.
Alcohol Delivery
Alcohol delivery is subject to all applicable state and local laws. Businesses offering alcohol delivery must comply with all licensing and age verification requirements. Momz & Popz and FoodRunz do not facilitate illegal alcohol sales or delivery to minors.
