We do not guarantee the quality, safety, pricing, availability, or regulatory compliance of any listed business. Always verify information directly with the business and follow applicable local laws.

Consumer Review Policy

•Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences with the business.

•No fake, purchased, or incentivized reviews.

•No competitor attacks or retaliatory reviews.

•No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language.

•No profanity, explicit content, or personal attacks on employees.

•No spam, promotional content, or links in reviews.

•No defamatory statements or false statements of fact.

•Reviews violating these rules will be removed and repeat offenders may be banned.

Content Moderation Policy

•All user-submitted content is subject to automated and human review.

•We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our standards.

•Businesses may report inappropriate reviews or user content.

•Users may report business listings that appear ineligible or fraudulent.

•Appeals of content removal decisions may be submitted to trust@mompopzlife.com.

•Repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

•We do not remove legitimate negative reviews that comply with our standards.

Community Conduct

•Treat all community members, business owners, and staff with respect.

•Do not harass, threaten, or target other users or business employees.

•Do not attempt to game rankings, votes, or loyalty programs through fraud.

•Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

•Do not impersonate businesses, owners, or other users.

•Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to its purpose.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

•Use the report button on any listing, review, or post to flag issues.

•Report suspected chain or franchise businesses to trust@mompopzlife.com.

•Report suspected fake reviews or review manipulation to trust@mompopzlife.com.

•Report safety concerns or emergencies to your local authorities first.

•All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed within 5 business days.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Momz & Popz is a discovery platform. We do not prepare, sell, deliver, or endorse any food or beverage product sold by businesses on our platform.

Businesses independently prepare and sell their own food and beverages. Prices, menus, availability, allergens, ingredients, hours, promotions, and inventory may change without notice.

Consumers with dietary restrictions or food allergies must contact the business directly before ordering or visiting. Momz & Popz does not verify allergen information, nutritional content, or food preparation practices.

Momz & Popz is not responsible for food quality, illness, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from any purchase or visit to a listed business.

Alcohol Policy

🍷You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, consume, or engage with alcohol at participating businesses.

🍷Valid government-issued ID is required at all alcohol-serving establishments.

🍷Momz & Popz does not promote or facilitate the purchase of alcohol for individuals under the legal drinking age.

🍷Alcohol advertising and promotions on this platform are directed exclusively to adults 21 and older.

🍷Alcohol availability, licensing, and permissible hours vary by state, county, and municipality. Momz & Popz does not guarantee availability.

Student & Minor Safety

U-Town™ Platform

U-Town is a college student discovery experience. Minimum age is 18. U-Town may feature alcohol-serving establishments where permitted by law and appropriate for the college-aged audience, subject to applicable state restrictions.

Ages 18+

Momz & Popz Next™

Momz & Popz Next™ is a Parent Approved™ experience designed for ages 13–18. It features only family-appropriate businesses. No alcohol, no nightlife, no adult promotions. Parental consent is required for users under 18.

Event Listing Policy

Momz & Popz does not organize, host, or manage events listed on the platform. Events are posted independently by participating businesses.

Consumers attend events at their own discretion. Momz & Popz is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, ticket refunds, safety at events, or any issues arising at events organized by businesses.

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring their events comply with all applicable local laws, fire codes, alcohol licensing, and public safety requirements.
