Important: Participation in the GemForge Ambassador Program does not guarantee any specific income. This is a performance-based independent contractor program. Read all terms carefully before applying.
Program Overview
The GemForge Ambassador Program is an independent contractor affiliate program through which approved participants earn commissions for referring independent food and beverage businesses to the Momz & Popz platform. Participation is subject to approval and payment of a one-time program fee.
Independent Contractor Status
Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Momz & Popz. Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes, self-employment contributions, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws. Momz & Popz will issue 1099 forms to qualifying U.S. ambassadors who earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
No Earnings Guarantee
Momz & Popz makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding income or earnings potential. Actual commissions depend entirely on each ambassador's individual effort, market, and referral success. Past results of other ambassadors are not indicative of future results.
Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of referred business subscription revenue, subject to the published commission schedule. Commissions are earned upon a referred business making its first payment and maintaining an active subscription. Commissions may be adjusted if a business downgrades, cancels, or requests a refund.
Commission Approval
All commissions are subject to review and approval. Momz & Popz reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commissions in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, policy violations, or program abuse.
Program Fee
The GemForge Ambassador Program requires a one-time fee to join, which covers onboarding, materials, and platform access. This fee is non-refundable once the application is approved and access is granted.
Marketing Standards
Ambassadors must represent Momz & Popz professionally and accurately. Ambassadors may not make earnings guarantees to prospective businesses, misrepresent platform features, use deceptive marketing practices, or violate applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
Program Termination
Momz & Popz may terminate an ambassador's participation for policy violations, inactivity, fraud, or at our sole discretion. Commissions earned and approved prior to termination will be honored on the applicable payment schedule.
Program Changes
Momz & Popz reserves the right to modify commission rates, program structure, and terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
University Ambassador Program
The U-Town Ambassador Program is a separate program for college students. U-Town Ambassadors promote Momz & Popz on campus and earn rewards and commissions for referrals. The same independent contractor status, no-earnings-guarantee, and professional conduct standards apply.
U-Town Ambassadors must be enrolled students at an accredited college or university, at least 18 years of age, and comply with all applicable campus marketing rules and university policies.
