Influencer & Creator Agreement

Terms for creators and brand ambassadors participating in the Influencers+ program, including FTC disclosure requirements and tax obligations.

This Influencer & Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between Momz and Popz ("Platform," "we," "us") and you, the content creator ("Creator," "Influencer," "you") who applies to or participates in the Influencers+ program.

By completing the influencer application, accepting a gig booking, or submitting content through the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  • "Gig" — a specific content creation assignment booked through the Influencers+ Marketplace
  • "Business" — the mom-and-pop business that contracts you for a Gig
  • "Content" — photos, videos, captions, stories, reels, reviews, or any deliverable produced for a Gig
  • "Platform Fee" — 15% of the Gig amount retained by Momz & Popz
