Alcohol Vendor Addendum
Additional compliance requirements for bars, breweries, distilleries, and all businesses that sell or serve alcohol on the platform.

Applies to all alcohol-related business listings. Non-compliance may result in listing removal.
This Alcohol Vendor Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all businesses registered on the Momz & Popz platform that sell, serve, promote, or are categorized as alcohol-related establishments, including but not limited to:
- Craft breweries, microbreweries, taprooms
- Cocktail bars, margarita bars, wine bars
- Distilleries and tasting rooms
- Liquor retailers and online alcohol delivery services
- Restaurants with full bar service
By registering under an alcohol-related category, you agree to all terms in this Addendum.
